The lenet script over mnist60k shows diverging accuracy due to an incorrect
rewrite. Specifically, the rand-binary fusion w/ variables (introduced in
SYSTEMML-1990) was not fully aware of the distribution functions (this rewrite
is correct for uniform but not normal and other distributions).
