Summary: Refactor codegen algorithm tests, incl new tests

The codegen testsuite has grown to a size where it is close to exceeding the
time out of 40min. Accordingly, this task aims to refactor the existing tests
into two suites for algorithms and remaining tests.
Furthermore, this task also aims to add other algorithms like stepwise linear
regression that are otherwise not yet included in SystemML's testsuite.
