Since the major refactoring of the existing recompiler in SYSTEMML-2072 (common
code path), the explain recompile_hops flag returns misleading output.
Specifically, during recompilation, the recompiler creates and updates a deep
copy of the HOP DAG but the explain output shows the old (not updated) DAG.
