Afterwards, in terms of the accuracy for ASP EPOCH, I always got a low
accuracy. However, I made a test with only one worker and I fetched the local
updated model at last as the result to calculate the accuracy of the model. And
in this case, I got a normal high accuracy. Hence, I have some doubt upon the
ASP EPOCH strategy. Btw, I tested with a mnist60k.
