We currently use the antlr4-4.5.3.jar library. Previously, the abego dependency
was a transitive dependency listed in the pom. With 4.5.3, abego is no longer
listed as a dependency in the pom, so the abego license was removed from the
systemml project (SYSTEMML-950).
However, it turns out that antlr4-4.5.3 includes abego and stringtemplate
classes within the jar file itself, so the abego license is needed. In
addition, the stringtemplate needs to be added to the project. This has been
done for the standalone jar artifact (SYSTEMML-963) but also needs to be done
for any other relevant artifacts.
