The antlr tool jar (antlr4-4.5.3.jar) is not required for the standalone tar.gz
and zip artifacts. Therefore, it can be removed from the standalone.xml
assembly. Any license references should also be updated.
(As a side note: The antlr runtime library is included in the main SystemML jar
as a compile-scope dependency.)
