Summary: Make announce section more flexible

We need to make the announce section more flexible so that anyone on the team
can update. Examples of updates are : sessions (e.g. the one I am going to do
at Apache Big Data, announce new release, etc)... Today there is no easy way to
have multiple announces there, unless you are a html/css expert.
