[~luciano resende] I have delivered initial commit in preparation of next
release and uploading pip package to pypi. Please see

[~deron] has provided some suggestions regarding licensing and naming. I will
correct the incorrect version number in my next commit, but I would highly
appreciate if either of you could help me with creating Apache friendly python
package. Thanks :)
