Currently the -standalone tgz and zip artifacts (generated by 'mvn clean
package -P distribution') are being renamed during the release process to -bin,
but when unpacked they still have a root folder of -standalone. They should be
given the new -bin names during the artifact generation ('mvn clean package -P
distribution') so that they contain the expected (-bin) root folder name.
