Description:
This task aims to remove the old file-based transform functionality, which
consumes and produces csv/binary data and metadata files instead of the
recently integrated frames. Overall, this allows us to significantly reduce the
complexity of the code.
However, an open discussion point is the support of frame-based transform on
MapReduce. The file-based transform support MR whereas our frame-based
transform does not.
