Description:
This task aims to fix the following miscellaneous issues of worst-case and
parfor memory estimates:
1) Incorrect handling of incomplete worst-case estimates (can result in
negative memory estimates)
2) Incorrect parfor estimates of operations with spark execution type (handled
as forced execution type)
3) Incorrect parfor estimates in case of constrained optimizer with unspecified
degree of parallelism.
