Description: For our upcoming 1.0 release, we should release the {{nn}}
deep learning library as an official top-level SystemML library. This would
coincide with our Caffe integration via Caffe2DML that targets the {{nn}}
library, as well as our native BLAS and GPU runtime targets. (was: For our
