Description:
This umbrella jira captures the feature request in SystemML 1.0 for R4ML. These
jiras are in general also
highlights the problem other downstream tools of systemML (include R4ML) will
face.
Assumptions:
1) SystemML 1.0 will contains the new MLContext, and older MLContext will be
removed
2) SystemML 1.0 will fix the read/write improvement and also write in if else
improvement so that we will have same dml
3) Since there will be many changes, we have to buckete the change, we will
assume that there will be no dml changes for 1.0

Hi All
Since, we all knows that R4ML depends on the SystemML and we plan to use the
latest systemML 1.0 in the next release.
This master jiras captures all the sub-stories
Assumptions:
1) SystemML 1.0 will contains the new MLContext, and older MLContext will be
