A window function performs a calculation across a set of table rows associated
with some window frame. Window function is the key feature for analytic
applications. We need to support window function.
Window function support involves various issues, new grammar rules, logical
planning, distributed planning, and physical planning. This is an umbrella
issue. I'll create various subtasks.
