Most ETL program uses date/time function like now(), add_month(). For this Tajo
should support Interval type. In addition, we need to create a lot of
functions. Actually there is some non-standard function and many user uses that
function. So I propose implementing all standard function and some of wildly
used non-standard function..
This is a umbrella issue. I'll create various subtasks.
