    If it is changed to minus one, LazyTaskScheduler will not work anymore. 
@jihoonson Could you check this? 
    
    I think LazyTaskScheduler already does not work now in all query cases. We 
need to decide if we will maintain LazyTaskScheduler continuously or remove it 
and refactor the code around schedulers.
