Summary: "ERROR: No error message" for query on external tables
without corresponding HDFS directories

When the table path of an external table 'A' is defined as
hdfs://cluster/tables/A,
if the hdfs directory does not exist actually,
query on the table returns following errors.

java.io.FileNotFoundException: File hdfs://cluster/tables/A does not exist.
