There are many variations of text files. CSV, TSV, Json, and custom plain
text-based file formats are usual in this area.
Currently, even though we only provide CSVFile, it already allows users to
specify line and field delimiter. So, if we refactor CSVFile to
DelimitedTextFile by separating delimited field parser, it will be easier to
implement text-format variations.
