Hi [~jhkim],
Probably, there is no progress. I already know that you made the fair scheduler
and adopted the scheduler to some production clusters in some company. I think
that we can continue this work from your work.
But, it is very huge work. Before staring implementation, we need enough
discussion and need to plan the details.
