First, the reason, why I'm trying to make the cpp client is for odbc.
And, odbc is for windows platform.
Second, c++11 does noes support windows platform fully.
So, I suggest that using another json library.
upper my opinion, those don't method to build on windows platform.(cygwin,
mingw, visual studio.)
IMO, even though the best way(compatability, performance, code maintenance
status, and popularity), If it's not satisfied with the original purpose we are
better to find a different way.
