I'd like to advise somethings as follows.
First, you should write issue descriptions in detail. They generally contain
descriptions of problems and your plan to solve them.
Second, it seems that this issue is divided into too many sub-tasks, but it's
ok if you want. However, I recommend to follow the suggestion for umbrella
issues discussed at TAJO-29.
