I agree with your advice about ```INTERSECT ALL```
and going to start this issue with implementation of physical operator.
Then, I'll update GlobalPlanner and LogicalPlanner to support INTERSECT.
In my plan, INTERSECT would be implemented by INTERSECT ALL + distinct.
