Thank you for the detailed reply. I agree with you on all issues.
Regarding on distinguishing duplicate and ambiguous exception, my original
intention is that they should be distinguished, but not in this patch. For more
specifically, I couldn't find the implementation of ambiguous (table, column,
function) exception.
Maybe you have a future plan for this because there are some error codes
defined for ambiguous errors. What do you think?
