QueryTestCaseBase is widely used a test base class. It internally uses many
resources including test data, queries, and results. But, they are determined
as static variables. This approach makes QueryTestCaseBase to be used in other
maven modules depending on tajo-cluster-tests.
The main objective of this issue is to QueryTestCaseBase to run as an instance
for each test class.
