TajoShellCommand::getUsage() is designed for TajoShellCommand::printHelp() to
printout detailed-usage like TajoShellCommand::getDescription(). But,
Currently, It's omitted in TajoShellCommand::printHelp(), so
TajoShellCommand::getUsage() has no usage.
