When BinaryStreamingOutput is used, Content-Length attribute of the http
header can be filled by calculating the total length of the binary data.
Content-Length attribute needs to be filled in most cases. Please see
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec14.html
