Implement Kafka Catalog.
Add Kafka data format in the catalog protocol.

Have to implement abstract "StorageManager" class for Kafka storage.
It has the like this methods as main function,
- createTable()
- purgeTable()
- getNonForwardSplit() // when call the simple query
- getSplits()
