The fix is straightforward. It seems to work well.
But, there have been no unit tests for INET4 type, and this patch also does not
-need- include the unit tests. If you add some simple unit tests for INET4
type, It would be nice. I think that TestSQLDateTimeTypes is a good example for
the unit tests.
