We already have a number of datetime functions. But, we don't have any
documentation for them. We need to make a documentation for math functions.
The string function doc
(http://tajo.incubator.apache.org/docs/0.8.0/functions/string_func_and_operators.html)
would be a nice template for other function documentations.
