[~sseth], Thanks for the comments. Addressing ownership issues with
additionalLocalResources, final variables, and stale last appId in the v2
version of this patch. Will file a follow up JIRA for the YarnExceptions
leaking from the FrameworkClient and finer control over the appId used for the
client.
