I just copied what org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.Job.submit() does and it does
work when I tried it with pig. I have sometimes seen it come back as "N/A" with
mapreduce in rare cases. RMAppImpl.createAndGetApplicationReport() defaults it
to "N/A" if not available.
bq. Do we also need a dag-specific URL after each dag submit?
Would be good to consider once Tez AM UI design is done.
