Updated patch. Changes in this patch compared to the previous one:
- Changes site documentation. The install page has instructions on deploying
the latest release version, and links to a page with install instructions for
master.
- Removed the -Dtar target and the dist-tar profile
- Removes the tez-archive target.
- The default build now generates tarballs instead of directories. LIBS can be
generated by setting "-Dpackage.format=DIRS"
