Attachment: TEZ-1319.1.txt
Removes several methods marked as @Private, and makes them visible for
YARNRunner only. This doesn't change getAppMasterApplicationId though - that
likely needs to be exposed, possibly as a String. [~bikassaha] - review please.
Applies on top of TEZ-1321.
