Summary: Rename AMLaunchedEvent to AMInitializedEvent

AMLaunchedEvent is a little confusing, rename it to AMInitializedEvent make it
more clear, and also align the name convention with other event of DAG and
Vertex (***InitializedEvent, ***StartedEvent )
