Beyond fixing file names, until TEZ-974 goes in - it'll be useful to generate
this file in the log directory instead of the local directory. There was a jira
somewhere for this - can't locate it rightnow. That's ofcourse optional for
this jira, but very useful. Most users have delete-debug-delay set to 0 - which
makes finding the plan text very difficult.
