The sequential number looks incorrect, since LocalClient use "appIdNumber" to
create the sequential number "0001". This is not a critical issue. The
important is that I create both session and non-session parallel different job
test. both of them report "org.apache.tez.dag.api.TezUncheckedException:
Invalid configuration of tez jars, tez.lib.uris is not defined in the
configurartion". I am investigate the reason.
