[~pramachandran] I am not sure if Tez setting a last updated time on a frequent
basis on an Timeline entity is good for timeline's performance health. It is
probably better if this is done server-side i.e. timeline itself implemented
something along the lines of a timestamp column similar to MySQL's row update
feature where the timestamp would be changed anytime an entity is updated.
