Summary: Prettification ~ Standardise ui code base

To make all files in the code base comply to TEZ code base standards.
1. Remove un-used commented code.
2. 2 spaces and no tabs.
3. Create jira tickets for TODOs under TEZ-1705, and change the comments in the
code with the newly created jira ids.
