Also, please take a look at the temporary patch posted on TEZ-1522. That should
solve the problems of delays caused by waiting for a task to complete, as well
as out of order scheduling - at least to some extent. I'd be more comfortable
getting something like that in to 0.5.2 (and this one into 0.6), since it's
easy to pull out via configuration, doesn't touch VertexImpl and scheduling /
reconfiguration behavior, and doesn't introduce an incompatible change (which
in most likelihood no-one will be affected by). That said, this patch has gone
through reviews and testing.
