Comments on .3:
- top-level BUILDING.txt should be updated to mention all the new software
that is needed as a pre-req. Are any of the README.txt install steps needed?
- Detailed info with respect to the UI codebase can remain in the ui
dir's README but any must-have reqs in the top-level BUILDING.txt is a must
have.
- Also, you may need to figure out how the deployment of the UI can be
incorporated into INSTALL.txt at the top level - can be addressed in a follow
up jira.
- .DS_Store should not be in the diff
