consolidating multiple fixes for small items from ui review. changes here are
- fixed comments from TEZ-1471, TEZ-1751, TEZ-1606 (see comments above)
- naming of start time, end time, duration consistent across all pages.
- add first task start time for vertex
- add filtering for dag name, app id on dags page
- added all stats data to vertex model
- task attempts - use the container id and node id logged instead of parsing
logs url for same (tez 0.5.2 required)
- refactor queryParams settings in router.js to use a common object instead of
repeating code multiple times.
