Why:
Right now, if timeline/RM resides in a different hostname than UI, the user is
supposed to configure the respective URLs in configs.js. The configs script
resides wherever the UI is hosted.
It came in one of the discussion that users might not prefer to change a
deployed script (Specially when its automatically deployed). Hence a browser
side UI to configure.
What:
While running in 'standalone mode', user would be gives an interface to set the
timeline url and RM url.
