Storage:
Values will be stored in browser localStorage, and would be visible only from
the domain+browser its set from. Need to be configured separately per domain
per browser.
Order:
Browser side configs || configs.js || Defaults
Why not force configs:
To make things easier for the user. If timeline and RM are available in the
same host name (Like loading all from localhost), then things work right out of
the box.
