1. Corrected invalid protocol issue.
2. Number formatting: Format values in counters and configs with US style
thousands separator
3. Added row count selector to all tables.
4. "Duration" typo in vertex>tasks table
5. Bootstrap was getting added into the css multiple times, and was causing
minute style issues in production build, removed the same.
6. Version displayed changed to 0.7.0
7. Removed tabs from pagination controller
8. KV table values will be broken and wrapped if too long, until now it was
scroll.
9. Display unformatted counterid as column names.
10. Corrected a link in vertices.hbs that was pointing to the wrong partial.
