1. Added DAG and task counters to the default list.
2. Across the UI counterName will be used to denote a specific counter. Earlier
counterDisplayName from timeline data was used in some places, and a formatted
display name from configuration were used in others.
3. For consistency with timeline data. Changed counter configuration properties
from counterId to counterName and groupId to counterGroupName. Its backward
compatible.
4. Changed inputs page to additionals page. It displays both sources and sinks
now.
5. Added page to display output configurations.
6. Renamed Inputs & Outputs to Sources & Sinks.
7. Column selector UI will display lists without wrapping. Word wrapping was at
times affecting the ui layout.
8. Separated colors, shared styles and mail style file.
9. Elements of arrays in the configs.js were overwriting elements at the
respective index of default configurations. Fixed so that the array elements
would be joined.
