There's some formatting issues which need to be fixed (bytesDecompressed not
similar to other params for instance).
If this is common between the two Shuffle Schedulers - it may be useful to move
the method into a common utility. Also a comment about how it's used by the
tool - so that the tool doesn't break when someone changes the comment in the
future.
