Description:
1. If the ATS URL ends in a trailing / the view will not come up. Given the
user has to manually type in this information we should be tolerant of the
trailing slash
2. RM view and log view is getting truncated.
3. The default view has truncated columns
4. Modify Ambari url relative to changes in tez ui - A part of it must be done
from tez side.
5. Display correct version based on tez-ui build in use.
