Summary: TEZ-UI Add warning icon to vertex/task with failed task
attempts

For dag with failed task attempts, there's will be an warning icon. To make it
consistent, vertex/task with failed failed task attempts should also have
warning icon.
And open question:
* Is it necessary to add warning icon when recovery happens
