[~Sreenath], can you take a look? I had to switch tooltip show css from
relative to absolute so that scrolling the browser vertically wouldn't
reposition the tooltip. Also, I couldn't seem to get the tooltip wide enough
for the task attempt id. Let me know your thoughts.
