WIP patch for allowing download from the DAG details page in Tez UI.
please note
* The UI for showing download progress is not complete.
* task attempts are currently downloaded in one go and hence a restriction of
2k task attempts - will fix in final patch.
[~rajesh.balamohan] can you try this out when you get time let me know if the
format of the zip file looks fine?
